Summary: It is designed primarily for construction. Dilute 1: 4 with water. Available in canisters 20 l and barrel 200 l. Coverage: Depends on the type of formwork:
-for non-absorbent formwork /metal, plastic/ - 1 l on 80 m²
-for absorbent formwork /wood/ - 1 l. on 40 m²

Appearance and composition

The concentrate is an oily liquid with yellow to light-brown color. When diluted 1:4 with water, an emulsion with almost milky color is obtained. The composition includes mineral oil and surfactants.

Product Benefits

The formwork oil KOFROL is relatively widely used. Is applied mostly in building and construction. If you treat vertical surfaces, spray only as "fog," should not flow down. The working solution has to be 25%. The aim is not to save, but rather to achieve a thin layer on the surface. While it comes to pouring the concrete, the water has to evaporate naturally and it must remain only a thin layer of oil. By treating with such a solution, it is 4 times less amount per square meter applied, compared the use of pure oil. This improved markedly the concrete surface.
Safety precautions: When working with the product indoors, it should be ensured a good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of vapors / aerosols.
If the ready to use emulsion stands for more than 20-30 minutes, mix thoroughly before use.

Mainly for construction needs, to make castings with aging. The use for decorative castings with low requirements is possible. Sometimes it is used for lubrication of the metal surfaces of machines, working with concrete. It should be noted, that it has neither conservation nor corrosion protective properties. For such there are other products.
